The founder of PIE Advisors formerly owned the leading drywall repair company in southeast Louisiana thus managing drywall and sheetrock repairs is one of our core competencies. PIE Advisors can manage the repair of walls and ceilings and will ensure that the texture is matched properly. The team at PIE can also manage the removal or repair of popcorn / acoustic ceilings. Our extensive network of surface repair professionals can also paint the repair, wall, room or building.

PIE Advisors is a company that will help the owner with cost control by recommending different paths to a repair when applicable. Not every water stained ceiling or wall needs to be cut out and replaced. Drywall / sheetrock can be temporarily wet and then dry and still be fine without the expensive repair of cutting out the damaged area. If there is not mold present, and the drywall is secure, chances are the right primer and paint will cover those water stains permanently. In areas where mold is present, PIE will assess the situation once the damaged wall surface is removed and ensure that the area is properly treated with a mold killing agent and properly dry before reinstalling new surface material.

Our team can also help owners with most external surface repairs and minor structural issues. PIE has a network of general contractors that we trust that we partner with on various projects.
