Welcome to PIE Advisors!  PIE is your cross connection control and / or backflow assembly testing solution. PIE offers the following services for our clients.

  • Cross Connection Control Program Management – utilizing leading edge software, PIE can digitize and manage your cross connection control program. This process starts with a cross connection control survey that identifies where the domestic water has been tied into and the protection that is currently in place. The survey will identify areas where additional protection is required. PIE will then familiarize local certified backflow assembly testers with the software that we use, on-board approved testers for the community and manage the incoming test reports and outgoing notifications to customers.

  • Backflow Preventer Testing and related services – including coordinating repair of failed devices and providing freeze protection of devices

  • System for Award Management (SAM) registration and annual renewals -What differentiates PIE Advisors from other companies that help you with SAM registration is that our low fee covers your company through registration, whereas many of our competitors will only bring you to the representation and certifications and then leave you to your own devices to read, understand, and certify that you have read an understand those reps and certs.  At PIE, our representative will walk you through each representation and certification clause explaining what it is, what it means and how to answer.  We are not done until you are “ACTIVE” in the SAM system.

 

 

 

     

    PIE has the expert ability to bridge the gap with projects that have multiple funding streams between: federal, State, private sector and charitable donations.  Our team can manage any project in accordance with all laws and regulations while satisfying all external auditing entities.  This skillset is especially useful for disaster recovery that involves funds from FEMA, HUD and Disaster Recovery Units (DRUs) with contributions from private sector healthcare systems and donations.
